I have established relationships with multiple lenders in the area that have various programs for first time home buyers. Home buying is not a one size fits all process. I have adopted a consultation process to learn the needs of my buyers so as to better understand their home buying needs so I can pair them with the best lender to meet their individual needs as a buyer.
